Skills, Experience & Progression
Citizens develop through experience, training, and specialization. As they participate in military operations, industrial production, commerce, and government activities, they gain Experience Points (XP), increase their level, earn Skill Points, and unlock advanced Career Paths through specialized Skill Trees.
Combat Skills
Combat Skills influence battlefield performance and military effectiveness.

| Attack | Increases combat damage dealt during battles. |
| Precision | Improves combat accuracy and hit consistency. |
| Critical Chance | Increases the probability of landing critical strikes. |
| Critical Damage | Increases damage dealt by critical hits. |
| Armor | Reduces incoming combat damage. |
| Dodge | Increases the chance of avoiding incoming attacks. |
| Health | Increases maximum Health capacity and combat endurance. |
| Loot Chance | Improves the likelihood of obtaining rewards from activities. |
| Hunger | Increases maximum Hunger capacity and long-term recovery sustainability. |
Economic Skills
Economic Skills influence productivity, industry, business management, and economic growth.

Leveling Up & Experience Points (XP)
Citizens gain XP through active participation: military participation, employment, manufacturing, company management, trading, government service, training, and other activities.
As XP accumulates, citizens gain levels. Higher levels provide:

- Greater specialization opportunities
- Access to advanced progression systems
- Long-term character growth
Skill Point Allocation
Every level grants Skill Points. Points may be invested into Combat or Economic Skills. Allocation defines a citizen's strengths and preferred playstyle.

Soldier — The Frontline Backbone
Focus: Combat · Regiment Service · Warfare · Military Leadership. Example perks: reduced Health consumption during combat, increased Battle Order effectiveness, improved Coalition combat bonuses, enhanced Resistance War performance, Core Region defense bonuses, advanced Regiment leadership abilities.
Entrepreneur — The Producers
Focus: Production · Resource Extraction · Manufacturing · Industrial Expansion. Example perks: increased factory production speed, improved resource extraction efficiency, reduced industrial operating costs, additional factory ownership, faster infrastructure construction.
Trader — The Market Masters
Focus: Trade · Markets · Arbitrage · Logistics. Example perks: reduced marketplace fees, increased trade profitability, additional market listings, improved international commerce, enhanced logistics efficiency.
Politician — The National Leaders
Focus: Government · Diplomacy · Legislation · National Leadership. Example perks: political campaign advantages, improved administrative efficiency, enhanced diplomatic capabilities, regional governance bonuses, Coalition management perks.
