A Company is the foundational unit of production in Territoria. You use companies to manufacture Raw Materials, produce Processed Materials, and employ other players.
Acquisition

Reversing upgrades or destroying a company returns 80% of the invested materials.
Operations
- Self-Work — owner consumes Entrepreneurship to produce PP.
- Employment — list job offers; employees spend 10 Energy per session, default 12 PP/session.
- Wages & Taxes — income tax goes to the host country's treasury (can be hijacked when occupied).
Production Bonuses
- Country Bonus — based on strategic resources in country regions.
- Resource Deposit — flat +30% when your company sits on a matching deposit.
Management
- Renaming: Free.
- Relocation: Costs 5 Concrete — useful for chasing deposit bonuses.
